Darius "Jay Baggs" Jackson is an artist turned music executive with a passion to inspire and produce the next generation of entertainers. Certified from NYU Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music/Tisch, while currently in school for Entertainment Business, B.A at Full Sail University Darius has shown great strides over his tenure in the industry to always seek more and create new connections. He has worked with all from major, to independent, even to ground level artists and entertainers helping them establish an identity inside of this industry. Launching Creative Fleaux Talent Agency in 2024, Darius has goals to enhance the careers of entertainers of all facets.
